Animal Cookies

It took me 3-4 cookies to get the hang of these cookie cutters....these are so cute and yummy.

ingredients
2 sticks butter
2 egg yolks
2 1/2 cup flour
1/2 tsp vanilla
salt
2 tsp baking powder
1 cup sugar
1/4 cup milk or coffee cream

sift flour with salt and baking powder. cut in the butter. add sugar to the dough and mix. make a well and add egg yolks, vanilla and milk/coffee cream. put dough together.

roll out to 1/4 inch thichness. cut in animal shapes. bake 8-10 minutes at 350 degrees
do not over bakes, cookies should be light.
