Curry Beef Puffs

I saw these at JJ bakery for $1.75 over the weekend and thought I would make some of my own.

Preheat oven to 325 degrees
Ingredients:
one sheet of puff pastry from packaged Pepperidge Farm Puff Pastry (yes, I cheated)
1 cup of minced lean beef
1/3 onion finely diced
2 teaspoon of curry powder
salt to taste
sugar to taste
1 egg, whisked for sealing

Method:
In a skillet, cook beef and onion with curry powder and season with salt and sugar - set aside
Cut up puff pastry in 4 fill each pastry with meat mixture
fold and seal with egg and push down sides
brush top with egg
bake in oven for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown
