It's Chinese New Year and what's new year without nin-go? This year I opted for the white nin-go instead of the tradition brown ones made with candied sugar.
This is equally good as the traditional steamed brown nin-go and probably equally as fattening...but who cares... it is the new year after all! Gung Hey Fat Choy everyone!
I took one to work and shared with coworkers and next thing I know they've placed orders with me. So here goes...Curly-Wurly's Kitchen is in business!!
